This 24/7 showing service fields all calls from Realtors and prospective buyers for you. Showing requests will come to you via phone, text, or email (your preference). You'll also receive a mobile app to manage your showings, view showing feedback, and schedule blackout dates/times.
After your home goes into contract, there are a ton of deadlines to keep track of. The home inspection, buyer's loan approval, attorney reviews, etc. I manage of all of this for you ensuring no deadlines are missed, and provide milestone updates along the way.
